We like food - we like all things that involve food. We have perhaps collected too many recipes and cookbooks, so we are now on a quest to find recipes that actually work in our home kitchens, ( and a nice pair of flats to cook in -- more about the shoe obsession later). So join us in our pursuit of finding a great recipe that works.
Lesson learned -- Stick with Martha Stewart -- she knows best.
I will never be a professional pie baker, but I can hold my own using Martha's pie crust recipe. The recipe using Crisco just didn't work -- very soft and difficult to roll out.
